A healthy lifestyle and diet are the two main ingredients to longevity!
Sunday is arrival day - Once the last person has arrived at the airport our mini-bus will drive you to our private retreat where you will be given a tour of the residence, then shown to your room where you will have time to settle and prepare for the evening meal, where we will get to know each other and Scott will give you details of the week ahead.
Monday to Friday - You will be taught a minimum of 5 hours per day starting at 06:30am with Qigong directly followed by a Yoga class. You will spend more time learning Tai Chi as this will be the most difficult for you to remember! See the schedule:
06:30am - Qigong (Moving) 30 minutes
7 - 8am - Yoga (Various Asana & Mantra chanting) 60 minutes
08:15am - Breakfast
10:30am - Tai Chi 90 minutes
1pm - Lunch
3pm - Tai Chi 90 minutes
4:30pm - Qigong (Still Zhan Zhuang) 30 minutes
6pm - Dinners are self catered for except Sunday arrival & Friday end dinner which are both at a restaurant and covered by us. (There are local restaurants within walking distance on the coast for evening meals during the week)
Saturday - Breakast will be as usual at 08:15am and then check-out is at 10am. We can help you with onward travel back to the airport or another part of the island if you wish to stay longer for site seeing etc
Check-Out on Sunday is available at an extra cost but will be at 8am due to cleaning and housekeeping in preparation for the next guests.
The diet is vegetarian based, we can cater for vegans and also offer fresh fish to those that would like to eat more of a variety. Ingrediants are all fresh and local prepared by our local in house chef.
All food is purchased from local fisherman and local organic farms.
We cater for Vegetarian, Vegan, and any other type of dietary requirement, just let us know at the time of booking!
Throughout the day there will be fresh coconut water on hand and snacks such as nuts and fruit: You will love our fresh super healthy smoothie's served daily!
